At last i figure out why it's not working. Do next :
Start > Run > regedit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Curr entControlSet\Control\Lsa\
Value ForceGuest must be set to "0" (in case if value is 1, all this stuff don't work).

I did all steps and hang on :
C:\>net use * \\192.168.0.101\c$ * /u:administrator
Type the password for \\192.168.0.101\c$:
System error 5 has occurred.
Access is denied.

192.168.0.101 administrator don't have any pass...
