I have seen the same vehicles when out shopping which meant they had gone round the block, one doing this even once or twice could be explainable as looking for the right place but several vehicles during the same shopping trip with the drivers apparantly told to look my way as the went past was very obvious. i just shrugged it off and got on with the shopping. because i didnt let it bother me they stopped after a few days. you could try getting the plates on camcorder if they do that.

They did this tactic in our grove in the late 70,s, cars coming and going all morning and aftrnoon, at the time i could spend the whole day looking out of the window as i would not go to school, i was too scared to outside, it did not occur to me that it was for my benefit i was only 14, the neighbours were told to i guess.
